We are very proud of our achievement of 1 Million man-hours without a lost time injury.( Achieved in 2012)
Our next goal will be to Focus on achieving the 2 million injury free target. (2013)
We successfully launched our Kaizen programme in 2012 with 10 projects being completed. Well done to all those involved in this Lean programme.
I am very pleased to see that our staff have embraced this programme with pride and passion. Thank you.
We will continue with our Kaizen projects in 2013 as this “Continuous Improvement” initiative will drive us towards becoming “A Low Cost Producer”
We are faced with ongoing threats to our business from local and international competitors. To this end we must continue to drive down our input costs.
